Point to point:
We provide point to point wireless links in various frequencies, for different applications. The links are designed for distances ranging from few hundred meters to 70Km. We use RF design programs to ensure link stability under any weather conditions. The links are varying depending on the customer needs and the available licenses and frequency allocations.
The point to point links are based on line of sight and depend on the topography. Our links are capable of supplying backbone connectivity up to 2Gbps.
Below is an example of a factory comprised of several buildings in a campus with point to point links between the central office building and other buildings. These links enable the distribution of internet and telephony throughout the factory without the need to run cables.
Point to multi-point:
iosat designs and implements Wireless Local Area Networks distributing internet in hotels, offices or apartment compounds. We use a wide array of equipment and technologies to assure proper coverage and penetration as well as client load balancing.
For Wireless Wide Area Networks such as village or large campus coverage iosat offers best of breed beam forming equipment that allows coverage of large areas (up to 2Km) from a single cell. We have developed a standalone power independent outdoor solution that can be deployed in rural areas without the need to connect to any power or backbone cables. The outdoor units connect one to the other using redundant mash for backbone connectivity to the central unit co-located with the VSAT for internet access.
For our Wireless WAN we are offering a full solution including client authentication, time management and billing.
